I confirm that I am over 17 years of age and will abide by the constitution of the club and the site rules of off-road meets. I hold a full driving licence and the vehicle above meets the minimum legal requirements to be driven on UK roads. I accept that the club or landowners cannot be held responsible for any damage to my vehicle whilst participating in any events. The subscription is £10.

I agree to be bound by any reasonable terms and conditions set by the Syncronauts committee. I understand that the information on this form will be held on a computer in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998. Information will be kept confidential to the club and will not be passed to third parties.

You will receive an email confirming the information which you have sent and also including instructions on how to pay the booking fee. If you have paid your 2011 membership fee you will be entitled to a discount of £10.

Ticket prices includes:

Camping for 2 nights for one camper or tent (Friday for early arrivals, Saturday night, Sunday by arrangement)
Barbecue (bring your favourite bangers/burgers or fish etc)
MSA Insurance for drivers
Non-syncro visitors ferried to and from off-road activities

NB. Supplementary Regulations for the Organisation of Events

The club reserves the right to refuse an application for attendance at an event if it is felt that Health & Safety or General Harmony of the event would be compromised by that person(s) attending;
the club reserves the right to limit the number of attendees at an event;
the club reserves the right to refuse entrance at the gate to anyone who has not pre-booked and been issued with an event ticket.
